Twin-tower Oracle project poised to realise its promise

DEVELOPER Niecon's twin-tower Oracle project at Broadbeach is set to become an iconic live-work-play precinct.
The Oracle, being built on a 1.2ha site adjacent to the Oasis shopping centre, will have two towers sharing 505 apartments, one of 50 levels overlooking the beach and the second a 40-level building fronting Surf Parade.
